Can I cancel or change my order?

We will pack your order as soon as possible and therefore it is not possible to cancel or change your order.


When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day. There may be extended delivery times in connection with e.g. SALE and Christmas, where the delivery time can be up to 10 working days. See more information under Delivery & Returns.


I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at kundeservice@maanesten.com , or call us on the phone +45 70 70 79 27 and we will help you find the parcel. You can see the estimated delivery time under Delivery & Returns.


I received the wrong product, what should I do?

If you have received an incorrect product, you can contact us at kundeservice@maanesten.com, and we will correct the error as soon as possible.


How do I know that Maanesten has received my return?

Once we have registered your return, you will receive an email confirming that the item has been received and the money has been refunded. If the return deadline has passed, you will receive a voucher instead.

Remember to keep your receipt for the shipment, as Maanesten is not responsible for lost return parcels. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have registered your return order, it can take up to five business days for the money to be refunded.


Do I have to pay for shipping?

Maanesten offers free shipping on orders over 75 euro. For orders below 75 euro, the shipping fee is 10 euro with delivery to a parcel shop.

I'm experiencing challenges with my gift card.

If you experience any issues with your gift card, you can send a picture of the gift card and email it to kundeservice@maanesten.com, and we will correct the error as soon as possible.

We accept Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.


What materials is Maanesten jewellery made of?

Maanesten jewellery is made from recycled sterling silver (925) and the plating is 18 karat gold. Our diamond jewellery is created in 14 or 18 karat gold and natural diamonds.


How do I best care for my jewellery?

- Remove jewellery at night to reduce wear and tear and allow the skin to breathe.

- Remove jewellery during exercise to avoid nicks and scratches.

- Take your jewellery off when you go swimming or in the pool, as chlorine can cause a chemical reaction and change the colour or cause dark stains.

- Remove the jewellery when you shower, as residues of soap and shampoo can get stuck behind the jewellery and stones. This is not good for the skin and can make the stones look dirty.

- Remove the jewellery when cleaning, as chemicals and detergents are not good for the jewellery and you risk it settling on the inside of your rings and irritating your skin.
