Shipping
EUINÉ provides delivery within 4–7 working days within Europe. Please note that delivery times may be extended in case of sold-out items, and during sale periods or Christmas, delivery may take up to 10 working days. We ship your order in one package. If one or more items in your order are not in stock, delivery may be delayed.
Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) will be processed the next working day. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been shipped, along with a Track & Trace number.
Delivery
All packages are shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking ID. EUINÉ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.
We offer free shipping on orders with a total value of €50 or more.
During Sale
During sale periods, including Black Friday, delivery may take up to 15 working days.
Items purchased in our online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt by sending the package to:

During sale periods, refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed after we have received and inspected your return.
Sale items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The right of return cannot be extended. Items purchased during sale in physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange.
Promotional Campaigns
From time to time, EUINÉ may offer promotional gifts with purchase. Such promotions are valid while stocks last and are subject to specific conditions.
If a promotional gift is included with your order and you choose to return items, the remaining order value must still meet the promotion requirements. If not, the promotional item must also be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
